This page explains how to delete your ClipSpeedAI account data and the data we obtain from accounts you connect — including Instagram and Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You are always in control of your data and can remove it at any time using any of the methods below.
Fastest options: disconnect a platform in Settings → Connections → Disconnect, or delete everything in Settings → Account → Delete Account. To request deletion by email, write to privacy@clipspeed.ai and we will action it within 30 days.
When you disconnect a connected account, we immediately delete the OAuth tokens and the data we stored for that platform.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This triggers a cascade delete of everything tied to your account:
Billing records are retained only as required for tax/legal compliance and contain no content. If you cannot reach the in-app control, email privacy@clipspeed.ai and we will delete your account within 30 days.
Via the Instagram API (Instagram Login), ClipSpeedAI stores only what is needed to publish on your behalf:
We do not access, store, or publish to any account other than the one you connect, and we never post without your explicit action. All of this data is removed by the deletion steps above.
If you prefer, send a deletion request to privacy@clipspeed.ai from the email on your account. We will verify the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email when complete.
