Supported formats, what happens during a long upload, and how to avoid a wasted transfer.

Long uploads are checked against your plan limits at the moment you choose the file, before any data transfers. This matters more than it sounds: a 60-minute upload on a slow connection can take an hour, and finding out at the end that it was rejected is the single most frustrating thing a tool can do to you.
Keep the tab open until the upload bar completes. Once it is uploaded, processing continues on our side and you can close it.
