Tawa Uncle character swap
A Morphaze character swap: Tawa Uncle takes the place of the person in a real clip, with the same motion, timing and camera.
- Model
- Morphaze (Impact)
- Shape
- 9:16 vertical
- Length
- 5 seconds
- Input
- Source clip + character
A Morphaze swap is billed on clip length: a 5-second clip at 720p is about 31 credits. Every template and upload shows its cost before you start.
Why this swap works
Tawa Uncle, one of the original AI influencer presets, swapped into a parked-car selfie clip. The seatbelt, the window light and the camera sway all come from the source; face, mouth and expressions follow the original performance, so a talking clip stays in sync after the swap.
One limitation: Swaps follow the original performance, so the character says nothing new: lip movement matches the source clip's words, not a script.
How this swap was made
- A source clip. A short clip with one person clearly in frame and the camera doing what the final video should do.
- A character. Tawa Uncle, an original ClipSpeed character from the AI influencer generator, saved as a character sheet.
- One Morphaze run. Morphaze replaced the person with the character and kept the motion, camera and background. How Morphaze works.
